Selina Paraty

The property is located along the Pereque River, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, at a walking distance from the historical center of Paraty. This Historic Center, considered by UNESCO as 'the most harmonious colonial architectonic set ', was declared a National Patrimony and it is preserved by IPHAN (“National Historic and Artistic Patrimony Institute”). Its streets, protected by chains that prevent cars from passing, also preserve the colonial charm, allied to a varied commerce and to very intense artistic and cultural expressions.
